“I had to quit work as I was really struggling with menopause transition and had a very unsupportive employer. This made me lose my confidence, and self-esteem and combined with some existing issues, my anxiety levels increased and made my symptoms worse. I couldn’t cope and left that role. Menopause counselling has given me a different perspective and has almost helped me to see myself inside out. I am instilling the advice given to me in my everyday life. I am more mindful and coping well with my anxiety. I am able to talk about my symptoms and how it impacted me physically and emotionally.”
