Salary: £14,400 (£27,000 Pro-Rata)
Contract: 6 months fixed-term (subject to renewal based on funding and performance)

Women’s Wellbeing is a grassroots, women-led charity based in Birmingham. We support women from underserved communities who face barriers such as:
- Limited English
- Digital poverty
- Low confidence
- Disabilities
Our mission is to build a digitally inclusive society where women can access healthcare, education, and employment opportunities. By reducing inequalities and providing digital training, we help create healthier futures.
Through our Digital Pathways Programme, we have successfully upskilled women in high-deprivation areas. Building on this success, we are now expanding into digital and employability training to help women secure work and lead healthier lives.
The Role
We are looking for passionate and approachable Digital and Employment Skills Tutors. In this role, you will support women in developing the skills needed for work, independence, and wellbeing.
You will work independently, demonstrate strong organisational skills, and create engaging learning environments that motivate and inspire learners.
Key Deliverables
- Plan and deliver engaging digital and employability skills sessions.
- Support quality assurance, reporting, and improvement processes.
- Carry out enrolments and maintain accurate learner records.
- Collaborate with agencies to progress at least 20 women into sustainable jobs.
- Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Promote and comply with Safeguarding, Prevent, Health & Safety, and Equality policies.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance and achievements.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating learning environment.
Essential Requirements
- Degree or FE/Adult teaching experience in Digital IT.
- Recognised teaching qualification at Level 3/4 (or working towards).
- Knowledge of Ofsted requirements and learner-focused practice.
- Experience teaching adults from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Ability to deliver engaging sessions both in-person and online.
- Skills in Schemes of Work, Session Plans, ILPs, and learner tracking.
- Familiarity with RARPA or similar systems.
- Strong classroom management and motivational skills.
- Ability to speak a community language (desirable).

Role Characteristics
Tutors will work in community-based education settings, directly supporting women to build digital and employability skills.
This role requires:

- Contribution to programme design, evaluation, and innovation.
